Just beyond the door of Pechtlgut Apartments the Loferer Steinberge mountains stand tall beside the Berchtesgaden Alps offering a varied area for walkers beyond the borders of a single region. Walk from one county into the next, or even conquer the national border between Austria and Germany. Our location in the triple border region of Salzburg, Tyrol, Berchtesgaden makes this a very realistic goal.

The new theme paths and culture trails showcase the particularities of the region and are fascinating for young and old alike. The trekking routes are a easy-going way of discovering the wonders of these natural surroundings and the fascination of the history of the region.
