We will do our best to accommodate your booking requests. In winter, bookings for our apartments are generally accepted only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. For shorter or longer stays, bookings are accepted only if they can be combined with other reservations. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to decline bookings. Whenever possible, we will take your apartment preference into account and reserve a specific apartment number for you. However, we cannot guarantee that your preferred apartment will be available. For technical booking reasons, we reserve the right to reassign the requested apartment even after receiving the deposit or booking confirmation. The apartment category will not be changed in this process. Information provided by phone is non-binding and therefore requires written confirmation. Any additional agreements of any kind are only part of the contract if we have confirmed them in writing. ### Booking Bookings can be made in person at the reception, in writing, by [email](#), or [by phone](tel:+4365887500). Upon receipt of your booking, you will receive a written confirmation from us as well as an invoice for the down payment. Bookings must be made directly by the individuals who will be staying in the accommodation. The booking is valid only after receipt of the down payment. Only the registered number of guests may use the apartment and our recreational facilities. Pets are permitted only by prior arrangement and only in the ground-floor apartments. ### Deposit The deposit amounts to 50% of the total accommodation price. The deposit can be paid via fee-free bank transfer or in cash and must be paid within 10 days. Once we have received the required deposit, the reservation is binding for both parties. The full deposit amount will be credited towards the final bill. ### Bank details: Erste Bank der Österreichischen Sparkassen AG IBAN: AT57 2011 1501 4787 8400 BIC: GIBAATWWXXX ### Check-in and Check-out The booked arrival and departure dates are binding for both parties. The reserved apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Early arrival is permitted only if arranged in advance with the reception. If your arrival is significantly delayed (after 8:00 p.m.), please notify us. If we are not notified, the accommodation will be held only until 12:00 p.m. the following day and may be reallocated to other guests. Payment for the apartment must be made no later than 7:00 p.m. on the evening before departure. Check-out on the day of departure is no later than 10:00 a.m. We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departures (e.g., due to bad weather, etc.). Fees are due even for days not used. Apartments that are vacated early may be rebooked by us. ### Cancellations You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancellations must be made in writing only, preferably by email to stainer@pechtlgut.at. The date of cancellation is determined by the date we receive your cancellation notice. A lot can happen between the time of booking and arrival. A cancellation is unpleasant for both parties, which is why we strongly recommend purchasing [travel](https://www.europaeische.at/reiseversicherungen/hotelstorno-plus) [cancellation](https://www.europaeische.at/reiseversicherungen/hotelstorno-plus) [insurance ](https://www.europaeische.at/reiseversicherungen/hotelstorno-plus) - Up to 2 months before the arrival date: €20.00 processing fee - Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the trip price - Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the trip price - If canceled during the last week before the arrival date, we will charge 90% of the travel price. **Place of jurisdiction**: Saalfelden District Court. Austrian law applies.
