Maxi Landhaus 322 renovated + new sauna area in winter 24/25

Now that all flats have wooden floors, we have also given our Maxi 322 a makeover - new furniture, seating area and new colours.

But the biggest innovation will be from next winter, as we are planning a new wellness area. 

A Finnish sauna and a sanarium (lower temperature + humidity) as well as a generously designed rest and relaxation area will be ready before Christmas.

In addition, there will be a new children's playroom and a drying room for ski and hiking boots. The planning for this is in full swing.
